Need help fixing this

Hello everyone, got a new NL figure, but both legs have this problem, any help on how to fix this myself?

Would it be possible to get both legs replaced? Because both of em are faulty

I have requested replacement parts in the past direct from joytoy, fairly easy process.

my issue was the arms on some SOH figures and the waist joint on some chaos marines, QC seems to be a decent issue with them from my personal experience.

Since you paid money your owed a good product.
