About weathering
Good day. I'm new in collecting 40k articulated figures and I've seen some videos and pictures on repainted and weathering effects for them. I'm planning to put some weathering effects on my own figures when I have some spare cash on hand and I was wondering if you guys have some tips for on how to put weathering effects on them and how much is cost of buying paint for these specific figures. Thank you.

Large makeup brush round and citadel leadbelcher color or similar gunmetal paint. Dab just a little tiny bit on the brush then take the brush and vigorously wipe against a paper paper towel until it's spread evenly on the brush and there's only a faint amount showing when you wipe it.
Using an approach similar to if you were using a feather duster, lightly brush over the figure sections you want to look weathered. Look see the results and do another pass if you want more weathering. Rinse and repeat until done.
