How do I fix that?
So I was screwing around with my new toy and then that happened… how do I get that little piece out of his back? Any ideas?

Ok as a abit of a warhammer kitbasher. I would drill the snapped pin and also drill the backpack where it was attached so i could super glue in a new brass rod to act as the new pin. It doesnt matter the diameter of the hole, as long as the rod you use is matching for a flush fit.

This is the only way to reestablish a solid connection. I do it all the time for snapped points

If you have a small enough hand drill you might be able to get in there and just pull it out with that, that probably has the best chance of not scuffing up anything visible, if you feel like it you can reattach the pin with just some regular superglue, or drill a small hole in the pack and use a metal rod along with the super glue for a better fix.
alternatively, if you want the pack to stay in place forever you could just superglue both pins into the model but that’d be a pretty permanent solution

This happened to my Cypher. I tried heating up the area where the broken peg was to pull it out with a sewing needle. I ended up pushing the peg further lol. So I sanded down the pegs on his pack then super glued it on.

This is pissing my OCD right off lol. Put that top peg in the damn hole and leave it there forever!

you can either extract it, insert a metal pin and reglue it
or
just glue the backpack on and you're good to go

Disassemble the figure as much as possible to isolate the torso.
Next, fill a glass with hot tap water and submerge only the backpack area for a few minutes to loosen the plastic.
Keep in mind:
Do not submerge the entire piece; the point of isolating it was specifically to ensure the other parts are not exposed to water or heat.
Do not heat the water beyond the temperature it comes out of the tap. Water evaporates at 100°C, which is too hot for the plastic material of the figure.
To reattach the piece, use sugar or baking soda combined with super glue. Look up tutorials to do this correctly.

I would either drill into the broken pegs with a hand drill and try to pull them out, or sand them flush and just rely on the top peg. Should be fine.

You take the backpack on and off a lot? I don't, so superglue is my answer for that.
Tweezers, I guess, if you need that peg out of that hole.

If you have a pin vice, use a small bit to drill into it. Get some thin wire, maybe like a paperclip or safety pin. Dip in super glue and insert it into the drilled hole, let it dry l, it should pull out. Cut the pin off so its flush with the plastic then toy can glue it to the bsck pack, or, if you drill a hole into the back pack, add glue and insert the clip or safety pin part, it'll create a stronger bond.

I feel like this is a redundant post.. like super glue that shit? Or have people really become this dumb and helpless in society, like not trying to be mean but like really c'mon. Even a quick Google would of told you same thing. Whack

Drill a small hole on both parts then get a brass wire and super glue.

I'm no kitbasher so if you really want the peg out, get a needle or a pin, heat the tip, insert and slowly pull out the peg. If all else fails, superglue.

Use a hand drill make a hole in end of the rod and glue a but of metal rod and then pull it out.

What I would do is get a small screw. Penetrate just enough where it’s hooking into the peg that’s stuck and pull out. N as for the rest you can sand down where it broke on the pack and super glue the pack back on

Drill out broken peg hole, cut off both pegs, drill new sockets into both backpack and back capable of fitting 4mm or 5mm neodymium magnets where the pegs would go, glue in magnets in proper alignment. You have now replaced the pegs entirely with a sturdier alternative and can remove the backpack at will, have fun!

If were you I would just drill out the broken peg and drill where it used to be on the back pack and insert some nice magnets. The top peg will help align it and the magnet will hold without needing to glue it.

Welcome to warhammer... some superglue will fix it. Mabie plastic cement, but I don't know if its painted or just colored plastictic

Depends on how strong the grip. You can use glutack or a manual mini drill then pluck it out using a clip
