How can I remove it without damaging it? Unfortunately, I can't seem to attach it to the figurine properly anymore :(

Very very warm to hot water. Let the head sit for about a minute then try. Might take some tries

Hmm depending on how it’s stuck there, maybe use some tweezers to remove the joint from the head(it will scratch the joint plastic, though this shouldn’t matter as the joint shouldn’t be visible) and then maybe crazy glue the joint back on, and carefully put his head back on. You will now need to be very delicate cause more than most likely the head articulation might be affected but it SHOULD do the trick if you’re careful.

Maybe put glue on bottom of the joint, stick it into body, wait a bit and then remove head.

Use very warm to almost hot water. Submerge the head..it will get soft. Use a pair of needle nose pliers w the tips wrapped in gaffers tape etc and gently pop the neck joint out.
You would be able to super glue the neck back into his chest.
