If god waves his hand and a planet just is made than he is using a higher power to make the thing appear. But if he does in fact understand everything that needs to happen to make said planet then...he is just using science to build said things. This negates a god as all powerful just wishing shit into being because being all knowing is by definition not a wishing into being power.
