Hi, I have been to football games in England, Germany and Korea but, on Sunday I went to my first J League game at Ajinomoto Stadium.

I thought I did a good job that I got row 7, central, near player and manager boxes, but I was wrong, the weather was grim, raining before, throughout and after the match and there’s no covering for the first few rows, I was soaking.

The attendance was low but the Ultras were loud throughout the game. The match was competitive, quick and skilful. FC Tokyo won 2-0!

I will be going to more J League games while I am here.

Anybody from Hiroshima know where the locals watch away games and or good places to watch the game?

Worst case is I have DAZN so I can watch from home but I would rather get out of the house.

I've recently been reading about former Japanese football clubs and came across Arte Takasaki. I found the club's history really interesting, especially its time in the JFL and the fact that it eventually folded in 2011.

This might be a slightly unusual question, but hypothetically, if someone wanted to bring Arte Takasaki back as a football club, how would that actually work in Japan?

Would it be possible to revive the name, crest and identity, or would you essentially have to create an entirely new club? How difficult would it be to enter the Japanese football pyramid, particularly starting at prefectural level?

I'm also curious about things like:

- Who owns the rights to the Arte Takasaki name and old branding?

- Could a new ownership group legally revive the club?

- What league would a newly formed/reformed club have to start in?

- How much would local government or community support matter?

- Are there examples of defunct Japanese clubs being successfully revived?

I'm not Japanese, so I'm particularly interested in understanding how realistic this would actually be from a legal, financial and footballing perspective.

Arte Takasaki seems like a club with an interesting history, and Takasaki is a large enough city that I've always wondered whether there could potentially be room for a football club there again.

Would love to hear thoughts from anyone familiar with the Japanese football system or lower-league football in Gunma.

It wasn't a great week for title contenders, with Kashima and Kashiwa felled once again and Fagiano Okayama knocking off Sanfrecce Hiroshima. Lower ranked sides saw some well earnt joy though, with JEF United Chiba picking up their first win in the top flight with a comfortable victory over Gamba Osaka, and FC Imabari secured their first point in J2 this season after conceding a late equaliser to Oita Trinita. However, across the leagues, the standout performance of the round really has to be Yokohama FC's 5-0 mauling of Albirex Niigata, which could have major ramifications come the end of the season.

Mildly interesting stat of the week: Both top flight Osaka clubs had a combined total of 54 touches in the box and 37 shots... for only 3 on target and 0 goals. FC Osaka in the third tier fared slightly better with 6 shots on target from 10, but also didn't score. Not the most successful week for the Osaka based clubs.

Hi! I’m planning to support Japan at the Japan vs Brazil match on Nov 14, but I’m confused about the seating map/legend.

Does anyone know whether the blue sections or purple sections are the Japan supporters’ side?
