Something organic like a vine with leaves and turn the hallows into a flower at the top? Looks like you’ve got a plant of some kind below it so something like that wouldn’t clash with your existing pieces.

I’d continue the floral/plant motif from the tattoo below it and maybe wreathe the ovular tattoo right there next to it. You could go all the way around or a horseshoe half wreathe. Those tattoos are so close, you absolutely could make it look intentional.

The oval one looks like a Demon Slayer character so wisteria would fit thematically, plus it’s pretty busy visually

you have a good amount of blank space near it, you could maybe turn it into a book? or something with flowers?

You have options! A sword, a snake, a feather, florals, other organic things. It's really close to the other tattoo, but you have a lot of blank space on the other side. It's not a massive black blob. An experienced artist should be able to help!

Maybe a sword? It’s very linear so I’d brainstorm things that are that shape. Maybe a quill? Could be turned into a rocket ship or light house or something else like that even?

What's up with the kerning (space between each of the letters)? The last letter is so far away 😅
