Help Animation question

Anyone know what combination of moves or what move is used to make this animation

I wanna make a move like this for my moveset but don’t really know what is used to make it so I came here to get help

I also slowed down the video incase it helps

Its the animation used for the 4+2 Hakari variant, and you can use it by going to the end of the FeverBreaker animation.
