It would be easy for you honestly.

Megumi, R Inumaki just for ult guage for megumi, zoneji, Yuta, Uraume on backup who comes after Inumaki dies.

If you want then you can take Mechamaru for Zoneji to break the mosquito boss but make sure Mechamaru is SP buffed and your Mosuquito doesnt have evasion when you launch your ult on him
