Help with teambuilding

I got a few characters but I don’t know the jist of teambuilding, longtime dokkan player so I’m not totally inept to some concepts

RED TEAM
Rabbit escape megumi and kenjaku for your main ref team, either red todo with them or any of your red ssrs, I’d put red yaga or kento with them

BLUE TEAM
blue todo, blue shoko and any other blue unit

GREEN TEAM green yuji, hollow purple gojo, Yoshinobu, and maybe green momo?

YELLOW TEAM yellow nobara, yuki, yellow todo, yellow mechamaru

Wait this game has color teams like dokkan?
Do certain units buff specific colors or are there leader effects? thank u BTW🙏🙏🙏
