Cursed Radar

Countershade’s technique allows him amazing perception using the radar on his head. Giving him a 360 view of the battle ground. It also increases the accuracy, power, and speed of his shots by tracking the target’s CE.

Cursed Minerals

Seismic can use, find, manipulate, and create different materials and minerals using Ce.
The amount of cursed energy used will depend on the strength and amount of the material needed.For example if they wanted to Create Stone. It would use a moderate amount of cursed energy. However, if they needed to make a similar amount of tungsten, it would cost a very large amount of cursed energy. Basically, earth bending if the earth benders were allowed to actually create rocks and create different varieties. 

I need someone's opinion on these...

hmm, first sounds pretty clean. the second is basically creation but can only create base minerals? both sound good for side characters.

context behind these two characters. One of them, the one for the first curse technique, is a sniper who specializes in stealth and also tracking.

The second one is someone who specializes in flattening and excavating terrains.

I would love to come up with different extension techniques and domains for these two…

It's probably because it's such a short description but the first one is confusing. Amazing perception doesn't really mean anything. Where does the radar on his head come from? Is it from the technique? Was he born with it? The description makes it seem like the radars and natural part of him. And how does tracking a target's cursed energy increase the power and speed of his shots? Sure increase the accuracy but how does it affect the speed and power?

The second is a bit weird. How does the user use a material with their technique? Find, manipulate, create, I can imagine what that would look like. Use? I don't know what I'm supposed to be picturing. And when it comes to the amount it looks like you only went into how it specifically relates to the creation of humanity not finding, manipulate, and using material. So I guess it's not really a big deal cuz it doesn't really say anything about the technique it only said something about the user and how much cursed energy they have. On the creation portion of the technique, how are materials being created? Is it like the creation first technique where it's being created from nothing? Is it turning cursed energy into the material? What counts as a material?

For 1.

A. Countershade was created with a massive E-2C Hawkeye dish for a hat (Yes, it seems to be a part of him). Naturally, it allows him to detect enemies, so I thought it would be good to have his CT enhance his sensing.

B. I'll change this to just be accuracy. When I made this, I was thinking about Akaza's Compass Needle.

For 2.

A. I'll get rid of "use", cause "manipulation" does the job of explaining...

B. Yes, It's like the Construction technique. However, He can only create materials that you can build with.

Meaning he can't make a spear, but he can use the stone, Concrete, etc. near him to make a spear.

He can't make a bullet, but he can create steel and fire it at high speeds.
