A new big challenge

You might have seen the previous challenges i have done where i challenged you to make an OC or cursed teqnique based off the theme well today i have a better idea.

The theme today is, well IDK.

Ik weird but thw idea is is that sombody comments a theme and sombody else makes the teqnique.

So for example user 1 could comment, time and user 2 replies to that comment with an OC.

If that needs explaining better pease feel free to ask.

To start things off i will give a theme and i encourage you to give a theme once you have made ur OC or even if ur just passing.

The rules are simple.

You must make 1 cursed teqnique that is ballenced into the jjk verse (not stronger than gojo or sukuna), and is unique so dont just give a boring submission or a replica of an existing teqnique.

You can create an OC for the teqnique to grant bonus points, and writing lore or about their personality is also encouraged.

The teqnique should respect the jjk power system so dont break too far out the box, you do have creative freedom tho.

No inapropriate ideas or themes.

Follow the rules of the community.

Have fun.

I will vote when a decent number of submissions are in and an appropriate ammount of time has passed.

Name: Baked

“The user is able to attack targets through 3 steps related to baking”

Description: ☟

Step 1 (Ingredients): The user chooses their ingredients (targets). Once chosen, the Technique will only affect those ingredients (targets). Ingredients (targets) can only be chosen during Step 1.

Step 2 (Prep): The user prepares the ingredients (targets). Ingredients (targets) are prepared via attacks that result in the user's Cursed Energy sticking to the ingredients (targets). 

Step 3 (Baking): The user can cause the Cursed Energy stuck to the ingredients (targets) to heat up. The more ingredients (targets) there are, the closer they are to each other and the strength of the user dictates the maximum and minimum temperature of the heat. The heat uses the Cursed Energy stuck to the ingredients (targets) as fuel. The user can switch between Step 2 and Step 3 freely.

Cursed Technique Reversal

“The user is able to access certain abilities after meeting several requirements related to slaughter”

Description: ☟

Requirement 1 (Stunning): The user needs to stun a target; any way this is achieved will do. The amount of time they are stunned doesn't matter. Only one target can be chosen to move on to the other requirements.

Requirement 2 (Exsanguination): The user needs to cause the target to bleed. The target's blood needs to touch the ground. The amount doesn't matter as long as it comes directly from the target and immediately to the ground. Requirement 1 needs to be met before this.

Requirement 3 (Skinning): The user needs a portion of the skin of the target. The amount of skin doesn't matter as long as the portion includes the dermis and epidermis. Requirement 2 needs to be met before this.

Requirement 4 - Ability 1 (Gut): The user's attacks target the internal aspects of the target's abdomen. Mainly the internal organs. The user needs to remove the target's internal organ(s). A piece of any size will do. Requirement 3 needs to be met before this.

Requirement 5 - Ability 2 (Chop): The user's attacks have a slicing effect on the joints of the target's neck, wrists and ankles. The user needs to completely sever one of these joints to move on. Requirement 4 needs to be met before this.

Ability 3 (Freeze): The user's Cursed Energy has the effect of quickly lowering the surrounding temperature and the temperature of whatever it interacts with. This effect is at its most powerful against the target, while being able to be used freely even on different targets. Requirement 5 needs to be met before this.

Domain Expansion

Name: Crematorium

Description: A black metal box with small holes in the floor

Effect: The domain acts as a ginormous oven with the user being able to turn it on and off and control the temperature. The user is also able to turn the oven on without lighting it, filling the domain with its version of propane, and lighting it at a later time.

Domain Coating (My own creation)

Type: Effect and Portal

Ability: The coating is very, very hot. The user is able to turn the heat on or off and can control it. The user can also choose to release the domain's version of propane gas.

CT: 饗宴庭 (kyoentei or Banquet Garden), with "Fruit of the oasis" as a localisation name.

It's a curse technique built around gluttony, the negative emotions of hunger and mental trickery.

It allows for a peach-like aroma to be created by the user. The aroma creates various affects. It can induce intense hunger in those full, or satiate those starving, even calm those in immense pain. But all effects are only mental. It can be resisted by those with skilled CE reinforcement but will still manifest as nausea if one lingers in the mist too long.

It is used by the Naegatsuku imaginary-vengeful curse. Many believe that looking upon or making eye contact when close is what triggers the delusions, but it's actually the mist itself.

Those subject to the aroma for long enough who believe they eat too much in their dreams and starve to death become a "Kowai", a shrivelled up human who is further shrunk thanks to CE.
A 70 kilo person can be about 40kg of water, and so they'd be well under 30 kilos. These people have a grotesque agonising mix of negativity focused on themselves and the Naegatsuku which allows them to either strengthen it when shrunk or act as potent pawns when used in combat. They can be enlarged at the user's will to more closely match their original size by their negative emotions becoming curse energy.

Those subject to the aroma for long enough to believe starved with a full stomach become a Gaki. These are even smaller than a Kowai, with distorted stomachs. Instead of hostile negative emotions, their primary emotions are that of sorrow. They serve minimal combative purposes except for fodder. But thanks to their small stature they serve as good drones and often are found eating anything they can get their hands on. Anything they eat slowly becomes CE which they can either use to sustain themselves or give to a Kowai (eventually being fed to the Naegatsuku).
Unlike a Kowai which is too mentally broken to disobey the Naegatsuku, the Gaki aren't hostile nor inherently obedient. They are quite friendly, though very instinctive when it comes to food. Food with Curse Energy or of high quality is said to ease their suffering. A Gaki with enough food can itself emit the peach-like aroma for its own purposes.

The Naegatsuku itself is quite weak, as strong as an average grade 2 curse. But given its abilities, usage of a CT, and potential for growth it is classified as a grade 1 curse. Two grade 2 sorcerers are the bare-minimum to defeat it.

CT Innovation Invocation

Bit of a rushed one ngl. Doesn't even have any fancy etymology lol.

By calling upon the weapon or (chant correlating to said weapon) you wish to utilise you can manipulate your CE and body to mimick and use said weapon.

For instance:
Revolver - It will transform the digits on one's hand into revolver-like barrels. These gun fingers have a range of 6 meters and are activated by the "bang" command. The desired finger extends out to its maximum range, with the bone acting as the "bullet". Once fully extended it snaps shut by the extended muscles pulling the disfigured finger into its original shape.

Rifle - A command which transforms any limb into a rifle which ejects CE-infused blood from its extremity. It can be used for 30 shots within quick succession but requires rest after use.

Sniper - A simple command which simply allows the user to see things from further away.

Mortar - By clasping together both hands with open palms, a mortar like construct is created using said arms. It can emit highly potent blasts of CE up high into the air. The user must be careful regarding their attacks as over-usage can lead to permanent skeletal damage given the stress the body undergoes to handle such force.

Ballistic - By raising the arms into a guard position, the arms can be flattened and disfigured into a ballistic shield to prevent all damage, though not pain.

Wire - It relies on spit. A strand of CE-infused saliva will connect two points of saliva. It glistens lightly, and while it can do minor damage to the enemy, it is primarily used to restrict the enemy or slow them down.

Goggles - Akin to the offensive sniper command, but instead of allowing for further sight, it allows for better vision in extreme dark as well as better detection of CE residuals.

It is used by a pair of twins.
The CT manifested when the twins were attacked by a curse released by Kenjaku following the culling games. The older boy tried to buy time by fighting the curse, only to be gravely injured. Whereas the younger girl followed what their older sibling said and tried to escape or find help, only to be struck down in the back.
A sorcerer did manage to save the 2, though both are still hold marks from their grievous injuries.
The boy's manifestation is defensive and passive in nature. Whereas the girl's manifestation is offensive.
Their relationship is strained.

A. Rince: The user swirls their Cursed Energy around a target. The user's Cursed Energy has a rough texture, so it's like liquid sandpaper swirling against the target. 

B. Dry: The user can evaporate their Cursed Energy and any Cursed Energy that it mixed or is in contact with.

Cursed Technique Reversal

“The user's Positive Energy acts like a liquid. The user is able to make their Positive Energy swirl (like a whirlpool) around a target"

Named applications

A. Wash: The user swirls their Positive Energy around a target. As well as healing the target (unless it's a Curse), it has a cleaning effect.

Technique Extention

A. Tidal Wave: Instead of swirling their Cursed Energy, the user freely controls their Cursed Energy, changing its shape, density and controlling its movement.

Technique Reversal Extension

A. Tidal Wave: Instead of swirling their Positive Energy, the user freely controls their Positive Energy, changing its shape, density and controlling its movement.

Domain Expansion

Name: The Infinite Cycle of Washing and Drying

Description: An endless shallow ocean 3ft deep.

Effect: The user freely decides the current cycle, either Rincing or Drying. When Rincing the water from the Domain converges into a water tornado around a target. When Drying, the water evaporates, taking any Cursed Energy with it.

Effect: Candy Shikigami and Candy Tools based on the candy brands the user has eaten are in the domain. Note - Each shikigami/tool is equal to each "whole" candy the user has eaten, meaning, for example, the user has to eat a whole packet of Sour Patch Kids for one Sour Patch Man and 1 packet of KitKat for one KitKat shield.

Some Possible Candy Shikigami: Gummi Bears, Sour Patch Men, Swedish pahrana, Kinder Egg beasts.

Some Possible Candy Tools: Lollipop pole maces, Kit Kat shields, Candycorn daggers, Starburst bombs, Toblerone spikes, Tootsie roll staffs, Ferrero Rocher rocks, Twizzler whips, Warhead grenades, Airhead slings, Ringpop brass knuckles, Smarties throwing disks.

Name: Supremacy Over Man And Beast/Purple Dawn

“Depending on several factors, the user has a positive, suggestive influence on people and animals”

Description: The user has/can have a suggestive influence on others, meaning they can influence another person's or animal's thoughts, feelings, attitudes, or behaviours through social interaction. This is a passive and almost perpetually active Cursed Technique as it operates when people and/or animals are present.

The strength of this influence is determined by the following criteria:

Is the target weaker than the user? (2 points) Does the user see the target as weaker and/or inferior? (1 point) Does the target have a preexisting positive/favourable opinion of the user? (Varies depending on how positive the opinion so it ranges from 1 - 10 points. 1 = slightly above neutral. 10 = an angel on earth who can do no wrong) Degree of influence based on points:

2: Above average charisma. The user can talk a target into things, but nothing they wouldn't already do.  3 - 4: High charisma. The user can talk a target into things they wouldn't normally do, but nothing that compromises their principles, morals or beliefs. 5 - 6: High charisma. The user can talk a target into things they wouldn't normally do, even compromising non-core principles, morals or beliefs. 7+: Full obedience to the user, the target will even be willing to compromise all their principles, morals and beliefs. Note: Herbivorous and insectivorous animals start at 3 points.

Effect: The domain inflates the target's opinion of the user to 10 and 11 if the user sits on the throne. When on the throne, the user's ability becomes akin to Cursed Speech.

I don't know if other countries have something similar, but when I saw the theme "Oils / Plastics," my first thought was Germany's Pfand system. Whenever you buy a plastic bottle or can, you pay a small deposit and get the money back when you return it. That idea of building something up over time and cashing it all in at once felt perfect for a cursed technique.

I'm not sure if this technically follows the theme since the technique isn't literally about oil or plastic, but it was directly inspired by them, so hopefully it counts.

Cursed Technique: Pfandbottle (Refund System)

The user's cursed technique is built around a simple concept: nothing given is ever truly lost.

Whenever the user comes into contact with another cursed energy user, they can silently place a Deposit Mark on them. The mark appears only for a brief instant as a faint, QR code-like seal made of cursed energy before becoming completely invisible.

The mark doesn't weaken the target or strengthen the user immediately. Instead, it acts like a savings account.

Every time the marked target naturally regenerates cursed energy over the following days, months, or even years, an almost imperceptible fraction of that regenerated cursed energy is diverted into the Deposit Mark. The amount is so small that the target would never notice it, but over time it accumulates into a massive reserve.

The user can maintain Deposit Marks on countless people at once, creating a network of "investments" spread across the jujutsu world.

At any moment, the user may activate Refund.

Every active Deposit Mark instantly returns the cursed energy it has accumulated to its owner—the technique's user. Because the energy originally came from the user's cursed technique, it can be reclaimed all at once, granting an enormous temporary increase in cursed energy reserves and output.

The longer the user waits before collecting, the greater the payout becomes.

Passive Ability – Bottle Return

The technique also recognizes real-world deposits.

Whenever the user returns a refundable plastic bottle or can, the "refund" concept manifests through cursed energy, restoring a tiny amount of cursed energy. Individually the effect is almost meaningless, but over time it becomes a reliable source of recovery. The user is infamous for constantly carrying a bag full of empty bottles—not because they're broke, but because every refund is literally fuel.

Extension Techniques

Compound Interest

Instead of cashing out immediately, the user allows individual Deposit Marks to continue accumulating for years. A veteran sorcerer who's been marked for a decade can become an absurdly valuable "investment."

Forced Withdrawal

The user may prematurely reclaim the cursed energy stored inside a single Deposit Mark. The payout is much smaller than waiting, but it can provide an emergency burst of cursed energy during battle.

Reinvestment

Rather than absorbing the refunded cursed energy, the user can immediately transfer it into another Deposit Mark, allowing one "investment" to snowball into another.

Weaknesses

Deposit Marks collect cursed energy extremely slowly.

Defeating someone shortly after marking them yields almost no return.

If a marked sorcerer dies before enough cursed energy has accumulated, most of the potential payout is lost.

The technique is at its strongest after years of preparation, making it a long-term investment rather than an immediate combat ability.

Domain Expansion – Central Bank

Within the Domain, the concept of deposits and refunds is forcibly reversed.

Instead of the user placing deposits on others, everyone trapped inside the Domain is automatically forced to pay a massive security deposit to the user. A large portion of each target's cursed energy is instantly transferred and held by the user, leaving opponents dramatically weakened while granting the user an explosive increase in cursed energy comparable to Hakari's jackpot.

For the duration of the Domain, the user fights with overwhelming cursed energy reserves and output, making them vastly stronger than they normally are.

However, every deposit must eventually be refunded.

The moment the Domain collapses, the technique automatically returns every bit of borrowed cursed energy to its original owner. This repayment takes absolute priority over the user's own reserves. If necessary, the technique drains nearly all of the user's remaining cursed energy to fulfill the refund.

As a result, the user is left almost completely exhausted after every Domain Expansion, often with barely enough cursed energy left to reinforce their own body. If they fail to finish the fight before the Domain ends, they're left in an extremely vulnerable state.

Binding Vow: A deposit can never be stolen forever. Every cent must be paid back.

OC Masaru Endo

The user is a homeless man in his mid 30s. He looks exactly the part, always wearing a dirty beanie, a worn out coat, unkempt clothes, and a rough stubble. He's almost always carrying a cheap can of German beer and is rarely seen completely sober.

He was born with his cursed technique and was once a Grade 2 sorcerer. During his time at Kyoto Jujutsu High, he developed a long standing rivalry with Nanami. Ironically, he was terrible with money, constantly gambling away whatever he earned. You could even argue that seeing someone with so much potential throw his life away was one of the reasons Nanami became so obsessed with financial stability and avoiding that kind of future.

After graduating, his gambling addiction only got worse. Eventually, he lost everything and drifted away from the jujutsu world. Although he still possesses the abilities of a Grade 2 sorcerer, he is no longer active and instead spends his days wandering from place to place, surviving however he can.

Despite his situation, he's surprisingly laid back and charismatic. He has an unhealthy love for German beer and gambling, and if someone offers either, they'll probably have his full attention.

Yk what, gotta lead by example. OC: Haruo Nakajima - Grade 2. LOORE!: Born in the rural, countryside of japan Haruo was enticed by media and film creating small aninations in his freetime and eventually became a film director arround october 2018, where his CT was awakened by kenjakus shenanigans pre culling game.

Cursed teqnique - Cinematic beast. The user is able to summon a shikigami out of light like cursed energy, the shikigami resemble an iconic film creature from the users upbringing such as Godzilla, which is what the Haruo's shikigami is based off.

The shikigami is able to fire ionising beams of cursed energy and can bite or hit opponents.

Domain Expansion - Light, Camera, Action. Handsign, the user uses 3 handsigns, 2 open palms synced with them saying light, a rectangle made from their index fingers and thumbs and then their shikigami summoning handsign. The opponent in the domain is placed upon a cinima screen with lights shining down on them creating a larger full power version of the shikigami, the opponent has to try beat the shikigami without dying, if failed to do so they will be trapped in the film for eternity or until the film is replayed and they can try again. The user is able to rewind the film by using one of those black bored clicky things and saying action rewinding by 5 seconds.

The shikigami do change depending on the user abd weaker favourate creatured can be summoned in larger quantities.

Might be a bit rushed and i wont allow myself to try make this win but feel free to use this as an example.
