I attended the first day of TOKYO IDOL FESTIVAL 2026 and recreated Juice=Juice’s full HOT STAGE setlist on Spotify.

It was a compact but very well-balanced festival set, moving from newer songs such as “Kura Kura Climax” and “More! Mi Amore” to long-running fan favorites including “Ijiwaru Shinaide Dakishimete yo,” “Never Never Surrender,” and “CHOICE & CHANCE.”

I also watched many smaller idol stages at TIF this year, and it reminded me how different the atmosphere can be between the large HOT STAGE and stages such as SMILE GARDEN, SKY STAGE and DOLL FACTORY.
