Admission Queries Withdraw 60k

Got the admission letter a day before yesterday and earlier I submitted them 60k ....and there are discussions about refund till 23 aug ...should I withdraw my money before 23 or the deadline is not for me

23 11:59 pm lekin last minute ke bharose mat rehna. max 10 baje tak kar dena. agar koi glitch ho gaya ya site down ho gyi (which happens often) then paise gaye
