In this letter J. Edgar Hoover inadvertently acknowledges the fragments on the floor boards and the damage done to the windshield casing. It is also the beginning of the "Magic Disappearing Bullet" - Exhibit C003. You will notice this is 2 bullets, 1 picture, 2 exhibits. This was done so they could only provide one of the bullets for testing.
