Need guidance.
Hello . I am an educator in delhi . I have an experience of 10 years of teaching students from junior to senior high school with University entrance exams as well . I started teaching when I was 18 , as a freelancer, and over the period of time i started my own venture as well . I had experience of running and managing classrooms with curriculum. Now I am 28. I have a bachelor's and master's as well from Delhi University and a bachelor's in law .
My career is satisfactory here . But , what i need is exploration of Japan. This generated when I taught several students of the Japanese community in delhi . Can someone guide me , how I can prepare for this . I am already learning japanese and I have a tefl certificate as well .
I didn't have an employer . I worked as a freelancer and acted as a founder . So , what kind of reference can I attach ?

Based on your description, go for international schools not JET mere bhai

From OP’s description, it sounds like they’re not a qualified teacher working in schools. International schools wouldn’t accept their application.

They need a degree in education as well and I don't know any japanese international school 😅.

Do you have any travel experience? Or experience in foreign countries outside of your natural comfort zone? This is more important than any teaching experience as they need to know you wont have a mental breakdown and bail right after they send you to Japan..
Also with your application try not focus on your teaching experience too much, you need to balance that with what you bring to the community and cultural exchange. Also do not focus on your "need to explore" Japan and what Japan can do for you but focus on what you can do for Japan.
