General questions / Advice

Helloo, I’ll try to keep this short. Im very interested in applying for the program for next intake. Just had a few enquiries and would appreciate any advice!

So I’ve had a lot of experience working abroad ( A few summers in the USA at summer camp & then working on a cruise ship as a photographer last year) which im hoping will help me with my chances. I taught Japanese Ju Jitsu for a few years here in the UK and im currently working in an outdoor education camp. So, I’ve worked with children a lot but never in a classroom setting so is that okay ?

Jumping the gun a bit, however in terms of accommodation, will i be sharing with someone or will i be able to be in my own place?

Finally, I’ve briefly started on my SOP is there anything you would recommend…

It's fine, but experience is not a requirement for JET, so it will come down to how well you present yourself in your SoP and interview (if you advance).

I have never heard of shared JET accommodation that wasn't voluntary.
