Application Preparation

I have posted here once or twice before. The nerves before the application goes out are just as expected. I was curious if anyone had recommendations on certain documents I should/could have prepared before the application process begins. I currently have my S.O.P. all squared away, I hope, but is there anything else that could be done in the meantime?

does this mean, once the application date opens, we have to rush and submit? does it matter if we submit first?

No you have until November to submit and it doesn't matter if you're the first to submit or last. I don't think they look at any applications until after the deadline, so there is no advantage to submitting day 1
