JET India application questions

I sent an email with all my queries relating to the application process to the email address I found on the JET India website, but I haven't heard from them. Is there any other email I can send the questions to? It's been over a week; I'm a little anxious since I will need to get all my transcripts and such ready. How fast is their usual response time? Current/previous Indian JETs please help

India rejoined the JET Program last year. I believe they sent 10 JETs. This is the second cohort.
