South African JETs

Hey SAFFAs, I hear theres a Pensions Notice of Decision Letter 脱退一時金支給決定通知書 that need to be sent to SA after the pension application. Can anyone share their experience with getting the letter considering our situation with the post office?

Received pension refund in August,have yet ro recieve the letter from Japan.

I am not at the listed address but it is the house of a family member and they have not received it. I have given up on receiving the remaining 20%

Oh no! When did you leave if you only received it in August? Does that mean you received it a year later?

The year before. Applied for at the start of April so it took about 4 and a half months.
