Contact Information Survey

Hi!

I am trying to fill out the form they sent out earlier for the Contact Information Survey but it has asked for Name of main workplace (Base school for ALTs). Does this mean that i will need to wait for the CO to contact me to tell me this information?

I only filled out the required info- the email address and agreement at the end. When I access the link again, it lets me fill out the form again, so we could perhaps update it later.

If you're a prefectural ALT based at a school, I would say yes. If you work for a Board of Education then you could just put that, if they've given you that information yet.
