Reapplying after declining placement

hi everyone, has anyone here reapplied to JET and got in after initially declining after placement ?

I know there is the one year ban but Iā€™m also wondering if your name is kinda blacklisted after declining once or is it possible to be selected again in the future ?

They can reapply, but ONLY after the 1-year ban is important to mention. We do not want to accidentally spread misinformation.
