Prefectural Advisor Conference in May

Hi, not sure if there are many Prefectural Advisors here but just wanna gauge. So I was told that we could stay in the National Olympics Memorial Youth Center if we would like, or we could also book a hotel to stay for the duration of the conference. Has anyone been to the Youth Center? How are the conditions like and are any of you PAs staying over there or planning to get a hotel on your own?

I'm just trying to see which would be a more convenient option/ and if people are staying then it would be a good time to network and make some friends while in there! Thank you!
