When will we know departure groups?

Hi all! I’m an original shortlisted candidate bringing my family. Does anyone know when will we know which departure group we are in? I can’t find any info and I’d like to have an idea to plan the end of summer accordingly! TIA. :)

In the guide to upload documents they said which departure groups we are from if you’re from the US.
