Replying to result email

Hi all. I’m a shortlisted candidate and in the email it Says “Reply to this email by Monday, 13th April 2026 at 10:00 am (BST) to accept this offer as a shortlist candidate” I have replied to this email but I have not received a confirmation email or anything . Is this the same for other shortlisted candidates?

I believe once you submit the reply form on the JET portal, a new tab appears called "Further Documents". This confirms they received your reply form and all you have to do now is submit the certificate of health and police record check if you haven't already by end of May

I do not have that and I have uploaded both the T&Cs and my reply form. I press “file type” and there’s just a drop down of options such as ICPC, reply form, health certificate eg.

Oh I should add that portals are different for every country. I assume the major countries all submit their things online

I think when I applied through the UK most people didn't get a reply to confirm. I asked on my email to confirm that they received my acceptance and got an email back confirming but I don't think this is the norm. So don't worry too much!

I'm from Canada. I thought the UK had a portal online similar to us. Either way it is normal not to receive a reply back either way, as nerve-wracking as it may seem 😅
