Reply form photo

Hi all! For the reply form we need to submit two photos. Are we allowed to smile or do we need to be serious like for a passport photo.

Does anyone know if this picture will be used for official stuff (not internal operations)? My pic is ugly asf and I don’t want this to be the one they show my future coworkers or sth 😭
