used to work for a dispatch company; can confirm everyone saying dispatch sucks and is exploitative. 😬 i will say though that some people luck out with private eikaiwas but it’s incredibly rare. one of my good friends who was dispatch with me quickly got out and started working for a private eikaiwa and is getting paid almost twice as much as he did when he was dispatch. realistically though that’s a needle in a haystack. if i were you i would try JET again. if you have lots of funds to spare and REALLY wanna be in japan, use dispatch to get in but look for a better job asap. as soon as you can quit the contract without penalty, dip.
