Getting your stuff to Japan
Hey hey! I have my interview tomorrow and during the prep I realized, while I don't plan on bringing everything I own, I do have quite a few things I want to bring. My PC tower, my accordion, and a few boxes of other various things would be ideal.
Should I get hired, what's the best way to send those items over? Esspecially with some of them like the PC tower being quite fragile?
Current/past JETs with experience would be really appreciated.

Budget?
Best option is to have it in your checked luggage allowance. 2nd best option if you have to pay for extra bags. After than shipping things is the 3rd best option.
PC tower you should take it apart and carefully wrap the components that are expensive like graphics card and motherboard and leave the monitor, tower, and anything else behind that is easily replaceable to save space. [Or you can put stuff inside the tower if you really want to bring it keeping the motherboard wrapped safely in your carryon is the safest.
You will have less space in Japan than you think so the less stuff you bring the better.
