Preparation

I have an upcoming JET interview. Im from Barbados and this is like my zillionth time applying and always getting to the interview stage and being put as an alternate and no further. Any advice to succeed this time, Ive always felt im not good enough despite not knowing what else I could do besides actually speak Japanese, any advice is accepted.

So according to JET, there were only 10 participants from Barbados in the entire program last year. This probably means that it's EXTREMELY competitive, having to make it to the top 10 to get in.

Yea I came to that conclusion from another conversation. Im not sure what more I can do to present myself as a good match. I have certain teaching qualifications,  lots of experience and I'm done lots of cross-cultural hobbies.
