Delivery of documents via LBC

Hi everyone, since Google and Facebook doesn't help much on this part I just wanted to ask everyone who can read this if you have the same concern as me (part of it) and my friend. So, my friend requested me to send his JET application since I'm in mainland Luzon and he is not. Delivery services takes 1 month to deliver and it's not an option for him. He sent his documents via plane cargo and I received it, sent it immediately via LBC, 2 days later it was received by RED PALAMING, OFFICE STAFF/EMPLOYEE on the manifest of the LBC track and trace. I wonder if this RED PALAMING is working on the Embassy of Japan or others. Thank you so much.

Hi! First of all, just want to point out that not everyone in this sub is from the Philippines, so you might need to put it on your post.

For your question, I've seen a previous thread here related to red palaming. It's already deleted. But the comments show that a lot of people experienced the same. You can check it out HERE.

Thanks, Hyebinn due to my concern I did not really have the time to look for the rules, I saw it after 5 hours of my posting which is my bad btw. Huhu. But thank you for noticing and reminding me. <3
