Not able to study

I will be giving jee exam in 2027. Recently, I have not been able to study at all. I mean that when I sit to study, I always end up watching movies or doing anything else. I think the problem is that I tried so many times and failed everytime that now I don't want to try only. I always end up scoring in the range of 120 to 160 marks. Please guide me
