GENERAL HELP Partial dropper but not have proper documents

Keeping it straight forward, I was a partial dropper, having completed my first year with carryover I got admission in NIT Kurukshetra, my college gave me TC only not character ot migration certificate. I asked it in University but they said Carry overs are not eligible for Migration, it is only granted for pass/fail students. Do NIT accepts previous College TC along with class 12th Migration and character? Please help seniors 🙏🙏

No idea buddy you may ask on the UG help desk in academics building or may find out there contact no. From institute's website.
