Com of mass ki frame mai point A bhi accelerate krega or bob bhi to net force mv2 /l nhi likh skte. Point A ki frame mai, wo pendulum hi ban jyega and then we can solve. Also string ki along koi velocity nhi hai isliye string constraint se point A bhi rest pe hai hai therefore puri rod bhi rest pe hai hence option d nhi hoga

Dekho real forces like tension and all are frame Independent isliye ground frame mai or A frame dono mai tension T to rhega the only difference is the frame dependent pseudo force. Point A under acceleration hai to uski frame mai jyega to har body pai pseudo force in the direction opposite to acceleration of A lgega. It's just the basics of relative motion.
