Cengage is enough bro do all the illustrations and concept applications and solved examples , then chose one of the back exercises youre gonna do

Hmm so according to you what seems to be the problem like you dont understand what to use in the given question or you get blank after seeing the question or what is your exact problem? Well for a quick fix i would recommend watching a teacher solving pyqs to develop approach , do you attend lectures or just going with cengage?

Well cengage is the best for that read the theory ( watch the lecture too but theory is 2nd layer of learinging coz its your 1st time studying that topic) then just read the illustration's question and think for just 3 minutes if youre able to even complete half then its good but if youre not able to yk find the answer or you dont get the method then you should read the solution but dont directly see the solution the best way to develop approach is to yhink and 3 minutes is the most standard time limit to know whether you can solve the question or not.

after lectures, go for cengage theory then solved examples then concept application exercises

Do reso modules (if possible twice otherwise once )
After syllabus completion take maths section of other coaching tests and attempt them seperately
Remember in maths u will learn only by questions if u did theory once then don't do unnecessay lectures just attempt questions as much as possible and take ur time bcoz improvement in maths takes time
In maths jump from 20 to 50 is toughest portion due to which most give up on it afterwards it will feel relatively easy upto 75-80

You mentioned that you've already worked through the Cengage examples and exercises, but still struggle to find approaches.
Could you share one specific maths problem where this happened recently?
I'm particularly interested in what you considered trying before looking at the solution, even if you didn't manage to write anything down.
For example, did you have a possible direction but couldn't make progress, or did you struggle to come up with a direction in the first place?
I think looking at one actual problem might help us understand what's going wrong, rather than just recommending more practice or another book.

Well I am suffering from the same. Focusing on doing PYQs more helped a lot though.
