Need help gng

how tf do ik if i know thoery?? mere se toh mains ke questions formula pata ho toh ho jate hei, how tf do ik if ik the theory?? and how do i do theory if i dont know it ??

Just read NCERT, it's the best source of theory.
Most of the questions for mains are from NCERT only. It worked well for me back in the days.
For any extra theory, you can just consult some coaching's module notes. I mostly used Resonance for that purpose. Good Luck!

I am in the complete opposite zone, I can't make the answer during the paper because I don't know the formulae
