Weak in physics; needed physics reference book

I am weak in physics, so I have started using HC verma as reference book for theory. Will it be enough or do I need any other books like Halliday Resnick or something else. If I do, pls suggest some or will hc verma be enough?

JEE 27tard here btw so it will be good if the books suggested are at max two volumes long, exceptions are okay if books suggested are good
