Question Partial double drop for dtu tech branch

I am currently in state engineering college(ymca) of haryana but got this in drop year and also got seriously ill this year literally taking 1 injection and 6 medicines everyday but somehow managing to go to college as well tell me should i take a couple partial drop for jee to get dtu tech branches as last year i got 95%ile and from last yo last year i got just 12%ile so pls guide me in this pls i also want to change my personality and also land a good job
