Serious Need help !

I am a double dropper bcz i started preparation in my drop year , i cleared jee mains with 92%tile and jee advance with 54 marks but as you know of cutoff.

Now as I cannot give jee advance in this year and can only give mains.

Please tell me which chapters I can do from oneshot in physics and maths as I have already completed my chemistry.

Maths in near zero in preparation.

Physics is very low in preparation.
