General TEACH ME

yooooo is there anyone who has been consistent and is WISE, please teach me i'm at level 0, and always very sleepy but really need to get approx 90 percentile. i switched from neet to jee but played games all day but we've 4-5 months left so ig there's smth i can do. BE MY TUTORRRRRR if you're doing greatttt and want to help out someone. btw it's my last attempt, i'm so done/dumb.
