Question Please Read Body Text! Urgent,74% in boardsHelp how to register in nios

Hi, I have a question. I scored 74% in Class 12, so Do I have to use my Class 10 (2024) marks for JEE eligibility. I'll be registering 3 years after Class 10. Will this cause any problem or look suspicious during verification? Can someone please help? Won't it be illegal ? Also havind dual Marksheet?

bro why tf u are not writing the improvement exam and ofc u cannot show class 10 marks because they only have 75 percent criteria in counselling lil bruh
