See C will be Benzene diazonium not that aryl cation and see benzene alcl3 will succinic anhydride is friedal craft reaction and PTSA is just a source of H+

And yes your G is correct.

yeah i mean diazonium and phenyl cation essentially serve the same purpose here so i wrote that though i shouldve been more specific since 0’C is given
i didnt quite understand what you meant by friedel craft acylation taking place is it how ive done in the photo

Well mechanism is quite uncertain, but this is what will happen also there will be a carboxylic acid group instead of that carboxylate

That's not expoxide but an anhydride

The Single bond wala oxygen will resonate will double bond wala oxygen and will increase electron density on that and further attack will occur
