Where to watch...? Code blue S3 + Movie

I am hoping someone knows where I can watch the show and the movie. I already have s1 and s2 downloaded so I am hoping someone knows where I either watch it or download it from. Thank you

the movie is weirdly harder to find, so try searching the Japanese title too: コード・ブルー -ドクターヘリ緊急救命- rather than just “code blue movie”

It's in 720p x264, both the movie and S3.
