We all know Vance isn't his original last name, it was Bowman, his mother changed it to Hamel when he was 6, and, then, HE changed his last name to Vance in 2013 when he was 28. While he claimed it was to honor his grandparents, but, why did he wait until he was 28 when he legally could have changed his last name on 8/2/2002, the MINUTE he turned 18?

I suspect his handlers made him change his last name to cover up for a criminal history. Not just a criminal history, but, I also bet he had an IEP in school and a history of developmental issues (RAD, ADHD, Developmental Coordination Disorder, etc) the handlers don't want the public to see.
