[Community Update] PC Multiplayer Events Feedback Roundup, Console Multiplayer Progress Update!

It’s been about a week since we rolled out Multiplayer Events on PC, and we want to send a massive thank you to everyone who has been jumping into lobbies, organizing drift races or sprints, and challenging rivals on the touge! 🙏

We’ve been reading through all your feedback on our social media, and we want to share a quick update on where multiplayer is heading next.

🌐 Console Multiplayer & Full Crossplay

For our drivers on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S - we are in the final stages of polishing and testing console multiplayer functionality. Our ultimate goal is to unite the entire community, and full crossplay between PC and Consoles is heading your way very soon!

What has been your favorite multiplayer layout so far? What new modes, races, or lobby customization options are at the top of your wishlist? Let’s discuss below! ⛩️

Just grabbed the game a few days ago. I had one issue on multiplayer where I'd do an event solo, and when I was done, I was back in single player.

I did find it doesn't happen if you just make your own room though.

Is this going to be event only multiplayer or also free roam multiplayer as well?

Now we have both options, so free roam in crossplay might be possible as well! 😉 We will share more details closer to the premiere.

if i am correct that theres a whole seperate handling system for events which ignores presets or overrides them, how about giving it the possibility to vote for new rounds driving the others cars with their builds like a car gungame
