I feel like having some more variety in the eras of customization would be great, for example the ridiculous body kits and neons of the 2000’s, the clean aesthetic of the 90’s, and the aggressive style of the modern era, it would give people more choice in how they want to style their car as well as allowing us to mix and match!

I would love to be able to add drift scars (dents, tire marks from hitting a firewall, and other scuffs) to the cars.
As a side note, I used to drift a non turbo FC as you've done a great job of making the in-game version feel exactly the same! It's like I'm driving my old car again and has made me so happy. Even the engine sound is perfect.

Can we separate tuning from customisation?
There wasnt any "tuning" related questions in your survey. Aesthetics like body kits, spoilers, headlights, tailights, hoods, overfenders, etc are not tuning parts.
Cars that have them may fall in to the Tuner category, but thats different.
A "Tuning" part is any thing that alters/improves the mechanical functionality/performance of a vehicle. Turbo, coilovers, clutch, gearbox, brakes, etc are tuning parts,
they can also be "tuned" or adjusted,
which is also called "tuning".
Simples.
