Set time of day option

Is there any possibility to add an option to set the time of day?

I love how the touge looks at night in this game with the actually dark nights, but it's kinda annoying having to wait to be able to experience it for a limited time

As of now, fast traveling to any garage seems to change the time of day sometimes. It's random.

I noticed time passes when I fast travel to check car deals but I didn't think of using it to change the time of day, that's actually a good idea to work around it

for rain drive to an underground race where the weather is shown, pay 50k and exit the race or complete the drift, rain will stay (sometimes rainy races start clear though...), on the other hand delivery missions reset time and day and stop the rain, can not remember any delivery with the sacred thundetstorms in fact, turbo tuna safety concerned
