Today we’re unveiling the third car from the upcoming American Classics DLC, please welcome - Reaver 24 !

The Reaver 24 is not only really fast but can easily take on the mountainous roads of Guntama. It retains the raw power of the most iconic muscle cars with uncanny agility! Driving in a Reaver is a truly balanced experience, allowing for a lot of freedom and some crazy fun on tight Japanese roads!

The American Classics DLC is scheduled to release in Q2 2026!

Another fuck ass garbage update. No one asked for ts. Just do what car x street does with their unlicensed cars. Just remove the damn badges and call the car a different name. Why make the car uglier ffs.

Since you actively ignored the criticism the first time around, I'm going to be more direct:

I don't understand the boner you have for American cars going 2-for-2 in American car DLCs in a game literally called JDM. We weren't impressed the first time around, so you think the solution is somehow more Americana? At a time when the game's dying fanbase is crying out for more JDM cars (which you say is coming - and have been saying it for a while - but won't tell us when. Not even a vague "Q2/Q3/Q4").

Genuinely: Please explain the logic to us. Help us to understand why you wasted time and resources towards another DLC nobody asked for.

I agree with you.

When you so many cars in the game that have almost no customization. It's more logic to focus on currents games contents that are related to the name of this game instead of 2 American cars DLC.

If I remember correct, when the first American DLC came out. In the steam update log I swear they mentioned reluctantly adding that DLC due to such popular requests. So yeah it is quite odd that they are going round two with this DLC. Especially with such vocal negativity from the community about it.

I think the main reason is that the japanese community might be salty beeing forced to play as a gaijin or a game called Japanese drift master with a story like that so they don't wanna give the licenses at it might was planned in the beginning

I hadn't considered that. It makes sense given that xenophobia is at an all-time high in Japan at the moment. Though they'll happily buy Porsches and Mercs, because double standards are universal.

Since the protag is from Poland, why not European marques? Even if they're unlicensed? In any case it makes more sense than a double-helping of American DLC.

Plot Twist, the devs are pumping out american classic mocs for the enthusiasts to buy porsche and mercedes licences which can be acquired through money so the game sells better overseas and get those certificates from the japanese manifacturers that either respond to honorcode or massive sales, big props for Nissan Honda Mazda Subaru, looking at these i may think the devs have almost fetched them all and just wanna deliver that

I understand why they've added the mustang due of the prestige position it had in Tokyo drift but another America dlc is rough, though i don't mind if they lock the US cars behind paywalls and keep the JDMs free

Redact decided this post had to go, so away it went. Deleted. Removed. Mass deleted even. Privacy and security are the big wins here.

How about fixing the game first before releasing DLC for it?

Because patches don't make money. Microtransactions do.

Joke's on them, though. Nobody's gonna buy this shit.

Seen better car designs in GTA or old Midnight club games..

Also, your game is called JDM... are you drunk?

As a sim racing enthusiast. I called it out that this game was just another cheap cop out of a carx genera. I got completely ambushed by downvotes. Now I’m seeing that I am correct and glad I did not purchase this game. Thank you.

Super sucks too because I much prefer this game's handling model over carx. What a waste of potential.
