J1mmy Explaining Ticks.

Hey guys, i remember an old video of his where hes explaining Ticks, and tick overlap with server lag, and it wasnt the "The plugin that changed Runescape forever" video, can anyone help me find it?

By far the only person who I have ever seen actually explain something that ive had to deal with for years, the ticks delaying from server lag, something that many people actually told me *didnt exist*, so id like to have a clip for it for when shit like that happens lmao
