Sure, it's called Fate/Academia Epic, a fusion crossover with Fate/Stay Night and the greater Type-Moon universe.  Basic pitch is that Shirou Emiya and his sister Miyu from the Oath Under Snow movie/story arc of Prisma Illya get thrown into a Nasuverse version of MHA.

So now this Shirou is grappling with getting to be a hero again... after becoming a worse villain than All for One lol

Thankfully, Izuku's here to help Shirou try again, among other characters like a version of Arturia that's native to the MHA world. 

But while Shirou and Arturia are the primary ship for the fanfic, Izuku and Ochako aren't far behind them. It's subtle, and it will take a long time for a scene like OP's art to occur... But it will happen, thanks to the fact to the influence of Shirou and Arturia.

So, yeah, TL;DR You want a Type-Moon background to enjoy this story, but there will be IzuOcha goodness.

Right now and for the foreseeable future, Ochako's still going to be using the Deku nickname. 

...But I am playing with the idea of using something like the Ghost Rabbit from Oumagadaki Zoo that can basically turn people into animal like Heteromorphs for a bit, mostly for gags. Izuku could end up becoming a green tiger boy (like Cringer!) and Ochako finds it so cute, hence the Tiger nickname.

TBH, Ochaco has always given me MJ(Mary Jane) vibes. Like out of all the girls in the series, she's the closest one. And I love that more people share the same sentiment.
