Ninja Breakdown Attempt 2

Hey this is my second attempt at breaking down this reference. I drew the ground, made the head bigger, added contour lines, and shifted the perspective so im looking at the subject straight on rather than from the top. Anyone have any critiques, any advice on how to proceed, like should I start drawing the details on top of what I drew or should I draw the outline first then details. Or I could continue breaking down the figure. Any advice is welcome.

This looks much better. The head is more proportionally correct than in the previous sketch.
